CLASS DESCRIPTIONS





AEROBICS - This high energy class is a fun, calorie burning workout. Start with a quick floor routine followed by a high weight workout.

SPINNING - Experience the benefit of a cross country bike ride. The class consists of sprints, hill climbs, and cool downs to keep your heart pumping.


STEP - We use a series of choreographed steps that simulate a stair climb. This is a great way to feel the burn.

AEROBIC INTERVAL - Coaches have used this concept for years. Alternating aerobic and rest periods is a proven conditioning tool.

CIRCUIT TRAINING - There is no chance of boredom in this class. Alternate kick boxing, jump rope, calesthenics, and sprints to improve overall conditioning.

BODY SHAPING - Use light weights, Resist-A-Balls, and body bars to tone muscles.

YOGA/PILATES -Benefit from the ancient form of mind/body conditioning. Strengthens core muscles in a quiet, relaxed setting.

YOGABALL - Combine the proven benefits of yoga with the modern use of balance balls. Challenge yourself and improve muscle tone in one workout.

SILVER & FIT - This class focuses on joint stability, flexibility, and balance.

SPIN LITE and FIT LITE - These introductory classes focus on the fundamentals of aerobic and strength training. (see SPINNING description above)

Classes average 45 minutes.
No fee for classes if member.
