Biographies of Management Staff:
Deidre Mangini is our Group Fitness Director.
Dee has over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness field. She is certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Johnny G. Spinning, and is a personal trainer. Deidre recently appeared on "Good Morning America" with Diane Sawyer to demonstrate a karaoke spinning class.

Penne Steiger has a BA-University of Iowa
Retired teacher/Speech Pathologist. Penne is currently a Yoga instructor for Blazers, Hempfield Rec., and small groups.
She has certifications in "Healthy Steps in Motion" and the Arthritis Exercise Program.
Penne has also trained 300 + hours in Yoga and is in her 6th year of teaching Yoga and senior exercise programs.
"I believe in exercise at all levels and at all ages. Yoga is the gentle exercise which allows for flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation."
Renee Ingel,
Renee Ingel MSN, RN is a personal trainer, group exercise instructor and JGSI Spinning instructor. Renee holds a Master’s degree in Nursing from Carlow
University with concentration in adult education and a focus on health promotion.
Renee has been a certified instructor since 1994, with certifications from the American Council on Exercise, Johnny G and Mad Dogg Athletics, and the American Fitness Association of America. Renee teaches a variety of classes, including weight training/body shaping, aerobics, step, and Spinning. She was the coordinator of the youth fitness program and has precepted youth fitness instructors.
In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and her 2 daughters.

Jodi Harouse is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania where she earned a BA in Social Sciences. She is also certified by The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a group fitness instructor (AFAA). In addition, she has been certified through Body Training Systems (BTS) as a Group Power and Group Step instructor. "Out of all my classes I enjoy teaching kick-boxing the most. I believes it is an awesome stress reliever!"
Heather Lydon has an undergraduate degree in elementary education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania as well as a masters in curriculum and instruction from
Gagnnon. She has taught aerobics, step aerobics, and body shape for 15 years. She taught for three years at IUP and at Club for Life in Monroeville for almost 6
years, before coming to Blazers in 2001. "Exercise is extremely important to a healthy lifestyle, but that exercise also needs to be FUN!!"
